At a glance

  • Dispatch has a new Tenders page with Outbound, Inbound and Configuration tabs.
  • Build a carrier offer against a manifest and watch the margin recalculate as you set the rate.
  • Carriers open the tender from a link, accept, sign the rate confirmation and fill in driver, truck and trailer.
  • Each tender row shows the countdown to expiry, whether the carrier viewed it, and what setup is still missing.

  1. Tenders: an offer a carrier can accept and sign

    Build a carrier offer against a manifest with the margin recalculating as you type, send it as a link the carrier accepts and signs, and watch the driver, the truck, the trailer and the tracking state arrive on the row. Outbound, inbound and the configuration behind them, in one tab.

Settings > Document Types now shows, for each record your company keeps documents for, its groups and every document type with its rules and what drivers can do with it in the app. A check runs every night and points at the types that automation cannot see or nobody uses.

The map has been rebuilt around the dispatcher's day: the list puts what needs attention first, and any truck, load or driver opens with its hours, position, stops and last 24 hours. New Manifests and Split views join Orders and the fleet, and records open beside the map instead of on another page.

Fuel: cards, transactions and a new Analytics page

Fuel cards now sit in one list, with each card's spend and fills a click away. Transactions open with totals for the period and let you act on many fills at once, and a new Analytics page shows fuel spend and price by day, week, fuel chain and truck.
