At a glance
- A truck, trailer or driver selected on the fleet map shows where its position comes from and how fresh it is.
- Check calls show the driver's reported ETA and location next to the system's ETA and tracked position.
- Rotating, reordering and removing document pages waits for Save, and Save keeps the result as a new version.
- Dispatchers can edit the gross of a Delivered, TONU or Cancelled manifest again.
- Mileage tariff workbooks import every tab, and lanes with more than 12 bands show a searchable table.
New features 2
Document Types: one page per record, and a setup check every night
Settings > Document Types now shows, for each record your company keeps documents for, its groups and every document type with its rules and what drivers can do with it in the app. A check runs every night and points at the types that automation cannot see or nobody uses.
Map, rebuilt: what needs you, where loads stand and where trucks have been
The map has been rebuilt around the dispatcher's day: the list puts what needs attention first, and any truck, load or driver opens with its hours, position, stops and last 24 hours. New Manifests and Split views join Orders and the fleet, and records open beside the map instead of on another page.
Improvements 8
Rotating, reordering and removing pages of a document waits for Save, and Save keeps the result as a new version.
- Why we changed it
- Page tools sit beside the viewer instead of on the thumbnails, and a page marked for removal stays visible until you save. Restoring an older version starts with a comparison against the current one.
The fleet map opens a driver's details faster the first time, and the details no longer jump as sections arrive.
Check calls show the driver's reported ETA and location next to the system's ETA and tracked position, in the stop's time zone.
- Why we changed it
- Logging a call takes the ETA as hours and minutes from now, and a reefer load also asks for a temperature reading. An optional Last Contact column on the orders list shows the newest check call as a verdict first, such as 2h late or On schedule.
A mileage tariff lane with more than 12 bands shows its bands in a table you can search by distance.
- Why we changed it
- The lane reads "Flat per band" instead of "Per mile", with its number of bands and the range of their prices. In the rate sheet list, a banded mileage sheet reads "Mileage" instead of a per-mile price.
A document replaced with fewer pages than the driver's version warns about it and can add the driver's pages after the new ones.
- Why we changed it
- Invoices and packets use only the current version.
Truck details on the fleet map list each crew member once, with the phone and "Primary driver" on the driver's row.
A truck, trailer or driver selected on the map shows where its position comes from and how fresh it is.
- Why we changed it
- When a position is missing or stale, the panel says why: no tracker, app not installed, location off or battery saver. A crew section lists the truck's trailer and drivers and whether they are together or apart. Push, next to Call and SMS, sends a message to the driver's phone.
Fixes 9
Schedules show distances in km for a company that works in kilometres: in the panel totals, the list and its column headers.
A new company starts in a timezone of the country it registers in, not in the timezone of the computer it was created on.
A mileage tariff workbook with several tabs imports every tab, each as its own lane with all of its mileage bands.
Document version history shows version and upload times in the company time zone.
The Reference ID column is back on fuel transactions, in the table and in the view column picker.
Resizing the PDF viewer no longer crashes or loses unsaved page edits.
The gross of a completed manifest can be edited again.
- Why we changed it
- Dispatchers can edit the gross of a Delivered, TONU or Cancelled manifest; only a Sent or Paid driver settlement locks it.
