Map, rebuilt: what needs you, where loads stand and where trucks have been
The map has been rebuilt around the dispatcher's day: the list puts what needs attention first, and any truck, load or driver opens with its hours, position, stops and last 24 hours. New Manifests and Split views join Orders and the fleet, and records open beside the map instead of on another page.

Fuel: cards, transactions and a new Analytics page
Fuel cards now sit in one list, with each card's spend and fills a click away. Transactions open with totals for the period and let you act on many fills at once, and a new Analytics page shows fuel spend and price by day, week, fuel chain and truck.

Manifests: choose your row height and arrange every column
Pick Small, Medium or Large rows to see more loads at once or more detail per load. Hide, reorder and pin columns straight from the column header. Your layout is saved for next time.

Receivables: see what every client owes, and who to chase today
A new Receivables page under Billing adds up everything your clients owe: orders not billed yet, invoices they owe you directly and invoices with your factoring company, with how much of it is past due. Collections lists the clients to chase today, Aging splits each client's balance by how late it is, and every number opens the orders behind it.

Split manifests: choose how every leg is numbered
A new Split page under Settings > Dispatch decides how the manifests a split creates are numbered: a letter suffix (50350-A, 50350-B), a number suffix (50350-1, 50350-2) or the next available number, with a live preview of the result. Every split manifest also shows the chain it belongs to, and a lineage page follows the whole trip.

What's new: every release, right inside the dashboard
Features, improvements and fixes from every release, on one page next to Academy. Filter by module, search, pick up where you stopped reading, and tell us what you think of a release without leaving the dashboard.

The dashboard speaks 39 languages
The dashboard, the Customer Portal, public tracking links and the Capacity List now speak 39 languages: English and 38 more - Albanian, Armenian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Somali, Spanish, Swedish, Tajik, Turkish, Ukrainian and Uzbek.

Facilities: what drivers say, and how a place compares to the network
Drivers rate the facilities they visit and a stop shows what other drivers said about the place, so a yard that burns three hours is known before a truck is committed. Location analytics compares a facility against the wider network rather than only your own history, and a facility can be created straight from an order draft.

Connect your own AI assistant to the dashboard
Settings has a new MCP page that walks you through connecting your own AI assistant, with the steps and the server address on one screen, instead of setting it up by hand with help from support.

Detention, from the clock to the invoice line
A new module under Dispatch: every stop a driver checks into gets a clock, the customer is warned while the wait is still running, and what comes out is a claim report on your own letterhead plus one button that puts the charge on the order's invoice. Beta.

Views: the tabs on a list page are now yours
Save any set of filters as a tab, give it a name, an icon or an emoji and a colour, and put it where you want it. Hide the tabs you never open. The order is yours alone; a global view shows up for everyone on the team.

Inspections (DVIR), in one tab
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections in one module: the driver fills the report on their phone from a texted link, an AI first pass flags what it doubts, a reviewer approves, and the findings become the shop's work list. Beta, under Maintenance.

Rate Matrix - price a lane from your own rate book
Import the rate book you already negotiated, price any lane against it, and hand a customer a number you can explain.

Customer Portal: set it up once, invite, and let customers ask
A portal is created from the customer it belongs to, through a wizard that sets member roles in the same pass. Invitations arrive as a readable email that lands on the right portal, and a visitor who finds your tracking page can ask for access instead of emailing somebody. Requests queue for approval, or get approved automatically if you prefer.

Carriers: the registration number their own country issues
A carrier no longer needs a US DOT number to be added. Pick the country on the carrier form and the identifier follows it, USDOT for the United States, business number for Canada, RFC for Mexico, VAT number across the EU, each with the operating authority field, dialling code and address fields that country uses, and a lookup against VIES or FMCSA that fills in the legal name and address. Company sign-up asks the same way.
Settings, rebuilt around a search that lands on the switch
Settings is rebuilt on a full-width layout with two-column sections and current form controls, and the menu order follows how settings are actually used. Search takes you to the exact setting rather than to the section that holds it, uploads accept a dropped file, and changes to team settings are recorded as audit notes.
Notes: one activity feed, and attachments you can read in place
The notes panel is now a compact activity feed that reads top to bottom and shows every event on the record, not only the notes somebody typed. A screenshot can be pasted straight in, Cmd+Enter sends, and a photo or PDF attached to a note opens in a viewer with zoom, page thumbnails and print instead of downloading.
Factoring: link debtors, watch the connection, see every refusal
A Debtors tab searches your factoring provider's records and links them to your customers, so a factored invoice goes out against the right record the first time. The connection settings show the current state and what to do when it breaks, factoring is reachable from the invoice, a refusal shows on the invoice header, and a manifest's paperwork can be sent as a single ZIP.
Driver pay: accessorial percentages, one-off gross, batch transactions
Percentage pay now applies to accessorials, not only to the line haul, so detention and layover settle by themselves. A driver paid by percentage can have the gross overridden on a single manifest, the same charge can be applied to many settlements as one batch with a note and an audit trail, and a statement can show the company fee.

Appearance: choose a dark theme, schedule it and tune the colors
The Appearance panel at the bottom of the sidebar offers Light and nine dark themes. Switch to dark automatically for the hours you choose, set how strong status colors look, and soften bright white text.
Creating an order, rebuilt
The order composer opens instantly, keeps what you type, and tells you the truth about appointments, stops and client credit.

Payouts and payout batches, with pages of their own
Payout data had no place of its own in the dashboard. Payouts and payout batches are now two pages in the navigation, they can be saved as filter views, and every payout carries created and updated times in your own time zone.

Billing Orders, rebuilt around the batch
Every bulk action in Billing now shows its verdict before it runs: which orders will be invoiced, which are excluded and why, which will change status, which invoices will actually reach an inbox. The worklist carries the paperwork columns and the money right next to each order.

Locations: every place you haul to, and what it costs you
Dispatch → Locations is one page for every place on your loads: All, Facilities and Locations over the same book, median dwell and on-time as sortable columns, a map view, and an Add Facility flow that looks the place up on Google with its photo, hours and address, or lets you drop a pin where Google has nothing.

Academy: role-based training, inside the dashboard
Pick the learning path for your role and work through it in order - short click-through guides and full video walkthroughs, with progress, milestones and a certificate at the end. 171 guides across seven paths, plus a team leaderboard so a manager can see who is up to speed.

Company setup: a guided plan, and Launch Tower for the team
A new company gets a setup plan instead of a settings tour: sections in the order the work happens, a written guide behind every step, and a link straight to the screen where the work is done. Launch Tower puts the same progress in one team view, so whoever owns the launch can see who has started, who has stalled, and send a nudge.

The 1099 report, rebuilt around one screen
Classification, the box 1 total and every contractor now live on one screen, with the settlements behind each number one click away.
